Artwork Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged. In such cases, you must notify us within the time frame specified in the shipping section (see below for details).
Please take your time to read the descriptions carefully and view the colors on various screens if you are concerned about variations. Different devices may display colors differently due to their settings and capabilities. We strive to represent the colors and tones in our art as accurately as possible. If you need another perspective, we can provide a video taken in natural daylight upon request to assist you in making a purchasing decision.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work together to find a solution.
Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before the refund is posted.
